We want you to love all of your ColourDujour fashion items! So, if your change your mind or require a different size or colour, we will be happy to provide you with an exchange or store credit. Simply email us within 7 days of receiving your order and follow ‘The Process’ below.

The Process
If in the event you require an exchange or store credit, please follow the instructions below:

- A Customer Care representative will contact you to confirm that your exchange or store credit request has been approved.
- After you receive approval from us, please mail the item back to us within two business days.
- Once we receive the item, we will promptly provide you with store credit or an exchange.
Please note the following refund and exchange conditions apply to all purchases:
- All items must be in a new, original and unused condition, with all original tags attached.
- In the case of faulty, damaged or misrepresented goods, we will provide you with an exchange, store credit or refund and ColourDujour will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
- In order for ColourDujour to provide quality fashion at low affordable prices, in the case of an exchange or store credit for change of mind or an incorrect purchase, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return and replacement of your item(s).
