2. What does 'ColourDujour' mean?
The literal translation is ‘Colour of the Day’ and represents one of the ColourDujour missions. That is, to provide a constant flow of quality, affordable fashion and accessories to empower fashion forward individuals, with the freedom to change their style to reflect their mood and personality whenever they like - ‘every day’.
3. What does 'Designer Exclusive' mean?
At ColourDujour we love our designers and they love us! As such, on occasion we receive and then share with you exclusive access to the last one or two pieces of their designs. So you better be quick!
4. How do I find out when my order will arrive?
Standard delivery times can be found in the Shipping and Delivery section of the Customer Centre. If you have selected Registered shipping during Checkout and your order does not arrive within the standard delivery time, please check with your local post office as it may be waiting for collection. Parcels are taken to the nearest post office if a signature cannot be obtained on delivery.
5. Will you reorder out of stock items?
On occasion, we will reorder out of stock items. To register your interest in a particular item that is out of stock, please click on the NOTIFY ME button on the product page or send an email to

8. Why are some of my items labelled a different size to what I ordered?
As ColourDujour only offer imported designs, some of our items will be labelled according to overseas sizing standards. To ensure you purchase the correct size, we take measurements of all of our products and display exact sizing information on each item's product page.
If in doubt, you can view measurements for standard Australian sizes via the Sizing Information section. If you require further assistance on sizing, please contact us and we promise to respond within 48 hours.
