Each and every ColourDujour product is thoroughly checked twice before it is sold - once when we receive the item from our designers and again before we deliver them to you. Furthermore, before your order is shipped, all items are wrapped in premium acid-free tissue paper and where required, bubble wrap. We complete all these processes to ensure your ordered items are delivered to your doorstep in pristine condition.
All product and photo information is reproduced as true and accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour specifications can sometimes occur as a result of the settings and colour calibration of your monitor.

Pre-Order Items
From time to time, selected items may be available to purchase on a Pre-Order basis. A Pre-Order item is one that is not currently in stock and is not available to be shipped immediately. Pre-Order items are shipped once ColourDujour receives your item from our designers, which usually occurs 1 to 2 weeks after the Pre-Order closing date.
When purchasing Pre-Order items, full payment (including shipping) is required at the time of order placement. Should you change your mind before the Pre-Order closing date, your Pre-Order can be cancelled and refunded in full. If you change your mind after the Pre-Order closing date, your Pre-Order can be cancelled, and you will receive a full refund less a 10% cancellation fee.
